The story

Little thighs from the sea' — that is what these breaded crab-meat bites are affectionately called in Spain. They belong to the family of 'fritura', the Andalusian art of frying: whatever comes from the sea turns crisp in golden breading. A tradition celebrated on the southern beaches in the chiringuitos — the beach bars.
